Legal filing requirements:
All companies but Sole Proprietorship in Ukraine are required to submit financial statements. Public
Companies are required to publish their annual reports. Public Companies annual reports (Open
Joint Stock Companies) for previous year should be published up to 30 September
.
It is not compulsory for any other company types
registered in Ukraine to publish financial statements but statements are
provided to official Statistics Offices. About 80% of reports consist of
financial data.

- initiation and current statement of bankruptcy cases

- affiliations
- principals' antecedents

- balance sheets/profit & loss/projected sales
Business publications and news clippings:
- news articles concerning the subject company and
its shareholders
- detrimental information regarding protested bills,
uncovered cheques, bankruptcies, legal suits and charges are publicly
available through the Government Gazette publication and through local
press
All publicly available data is collected and verified
from each of the above data sources by our locally positioned D&B
Correspondent for each Business Information Report request received.

Business Information Report enquiries which are placed
with D&B's Emerging Markets Centre should always contain the below
details. Unfortunately, enquiries without the below information have a much
higher chance of being returned as an Unable To Locate Report. This is
simply due to the fact that data sources in the Emerging Markets are not as
sophisticated as those in Western Europe.
