Legal filing requirements:

It is not compulsory for Sole Proprietorships to prepare formal financial statements.

For all types of partnerships, Private Joint Stock companies and Cooperatives, financial statements are generally only available if the company wishes to disclose them.

Financial statements are generally available if the company is a Public Joint Stock company. Year end financial statements are available from August 1st of the current year from the State Statistics Committee.
